All Sales Final: All purchases are final, no returns or exchanges are accepted due to our commitment to freshness and sustainability, so please ensure you select the correct roast, grind size and quantity before checkout. This policy preserves bean freshness by avoiding restocking opened or returned bags, reduces packaging waste and carbon footprint, and keeps our prices fair by eliminating return-processing costs.
Sample Bundles for Waste Reduction: To help you discover your favorite brew without committing to a full bag, we offer small 30 g sample packs of our top blends and single-origin coffees, available individually or in discounted bundles. Sampling guarantees satisfaction with flavor and grind before larger purchases, and encourages exploration of seasonal or limited-edition roasts without creating waste.
Quality Assurance & Customer Support: If your coffee arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days at support@brewsandburners.com, and we will replace the item or issue store credit to ensure you receive the best possible experience.
Order Processing & Fees, once you place an order it enters processing immediately via our secure merchant processor and irreversible clearing-house fees apply, so cancellations or modifications cannot be made free of charge

International Shipping Policy, all shipments from Brews & Burners are FOB (Free On Board), title to and ownership of the goods transfer to you the moment they depart our facility, and you assume full responsibility for their transportation and compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, including any import restrictions or licensing requirements.
All orders must ship to the billing address of the credit card used at checkout, and you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes or other import fees imposed by your country. If you refuse or fail to pay these charges and your order is returned to us, we cannot refund your original shipping fee, and you will be responsible for any return‐shipping costs.
